Volunteer Screening
The safety and care of children and youth is of utmost importance to us at ABC. In an ever-increasing effort to offer a high level of protection for children and teens who participate in youth and children's activities, we insist on the screening of any and all staff and volunteers who work with minors.
In addition to an application and interview process, we require all volunteers to participate in a "Reducing the Risk" training workshop (offered periodically) and to undergo criminal background checks.
It is our desire to maintain an exceptional standard of safety and protection by continuing to provide a safe environment for all children in which our entire church body can be confident.
